Thirsty's Liquor Store in Rainbow Lake, AB is seeking a self-motivated Liquor store supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
