Callingwood Convenience store in Edmonton, AB is seeking a self-motivated Liquor store supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
