Enderby Motor Inn and Liquor Store is situated in Enderby, BC and is hiring a Liquor store sales clerk to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payments.
• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
• The candidate must provide advice regarding merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must assist in the display of merchandise.
• The candidate must greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a liquor and wine store to provide courteous customer service dealing with the sale of liquor and to know and observe the various state and local regulations.
