Line cook

Eagle River Casino & Travel Plaza in Whitecourt, AB is seeking a self-motivated Line cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Night, Weekend, To be determined shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate special events.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
