Osteria Aventino is situated in Windsor, ON and is hiring a Line cook to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, , 11:00 to 22:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must sharpen kitchen knives.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
• The candidate must perform food preparation.
• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.
• The candidate must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• The candidate must manage knowledge.
