The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company in Canmore, AB is seeking a self-motivated Line cook. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must prepare meals.
• The candidate must maintain stock rotation.
• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be adaptable.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
