Line cook

Redwater Rustic Grille in Charlottetown, PE is inviting applications for the position of Line cook. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
