Job Description

• The candidate must perform administrative functions related to the practice of law.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and tenders.
• The candidate must manage contracts.
• The candidate must ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place.
• The candidate must negotiate business contracts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in business or corporate law to provide legal advice, draft contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance for organizations.
