Lead grower - cannabis

Treez Botanical Inc. in Brantford, ON is inviting applications for the position of Lead grower - cannabis. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
• The candidate must organize planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
• The candidate must plan and direct grounds maintenance.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be flexible.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
