Splendid Landscape Services Inc is situated in Langley, BC and is hiring a Landscaping supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Early morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property.
• The candidate must schedule events, programs, and activities.
• The candidate must schedule work.
• The candidate must plan and direct grounds maintenance.
• The candidate must plan and estimate labour and materials.
• The candidate must organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
• The candidate must plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must tender and administer contracts.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
