CedarCreek Property services is situated in Coquitlam, BC and is hiring a Landscaping supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire, supervise, and schedule staff.
• The candidate must schedule work.
• The candidate must plan and direct grounds maintenance.
• The candidate must plan and estimate labour and materials.
• The candidate must plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise nursery and greenhouse workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
