Kitchen manager

Murray Ridge Ski Area is situated in Fort St. James, BC and is hiring a Kitchen manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must hire food service staff.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
