Spicy 6 Fine Indian Cuisine is situated in Vancouver, BC and is hiring a Kitchen helper to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must handle and store cleaning products.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• The candidate must sharpen kitchen knives.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
