Kitchen helper

Kawakubo Japanese Restaurant ( Revelstoke, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Kitchen helper. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
