Job Description
- The candidate must bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set up tables accordingly.
- The candidate must clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- The candidate must operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- The candidate must place dishes in storage areas.
- The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- The candidate must scour pots and pans.
- The candidate must package take-out food.
- The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
- The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
- The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- The candidate must take customersβ orders.
- The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- The candidate must handle and store cleaning products.
- The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
