PLATES 4 RATES in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a self-motivated Kitchen helper. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time opportunity. The schedule involves Evening, Night shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• The candidate must keep records of the quantities of food used.
• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
