Junior accountant

Guardtek Systems Inc. ( North York, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Junior accountant. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: , 09:00 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must manage balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• The candidate must prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.
• The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
• The candidate must examine accounting records.
• The candidate must assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
• The candidate must keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• The candidate must prepare journal entries.
• The candidate must post journal entries.
• The candidate must manage accounts payable.
• The candidate must perform internal audits.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
