ICON ELECTRIC CO LTD ( Surrey, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Inventory control supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must arrange training for staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
