Interior design project manager

Emcab Kitchens Inc. ( Winnipeg, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Interior design project manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must estimate the cost of projects.
• The candidate must prepare detailed specifications for projects or tasks.
• The candidate must work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• The candidate must create interior spaces that reflect clients’ needs and tastes.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• The candidate must advise on the selection of colors, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, considering ergonomic and occupational health standards.
• The candidate must develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
• The candidate must develop plans, elevations, cross-sections, and detailed drawings.
• The candidate must establish and maintain contact with suppliers.
• The candidate must ensure details follow the project’s original intention.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
