Gurman Insurance in Brampton, ON is seeking a self-motivated Insurance advisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, To be determined, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must assess potential institutional, business, or individual client markets.
• The candidate must calculate premiums accurately.
• The candidate must establish client insurance coverage.
• The candidate must establish methods of payment.
• The candidate must identify potential markets.
• The candidate must ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed.
• The candidate must monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
• The candidate must sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
