Industrial painter

Now hiring: Industrial painter at Groupe Promec Inc. in Rouyn-Noranda, QC. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• The candidate must clean and maintain equipment.
• The candidate must operate and control electroplating equipment, hot-dip metal plating equipment, and/or spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts.
• The candidate must paint small items and apply touch-ups using paint brushes.
• The candidate must tend or operate equipment to prepare items for application of protective or decorative coatings.
• The candidate must tend or operate equipment to spray or coat.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
