INDUSTRIES DODEC INC in Chicoutimi, QC is inviting applications for the position of Industrial mechanic. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Day, Shift, Overtime available, , 07:00 to 16:15.

Job Description

• The candidate must assemble mechanical equipment.
• The candidate must assemble stationary industrial machinery.
• The candidate must detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.
• The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must repair or replace defective machinery parts.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work on machinery.
• The candidate must install machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
• The candidate must commission systems and components.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
