- The candidate must cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.
- The candidate must remove bones from meat.
- The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
- The candidate must price meat products.
- The candidate must grind meats.
- The candidate must clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
