winfield Canada trading LTD. in Scarborough, ON is inviting applications for the position of Industrial butcher. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses or sides into primal cuts for further processing or packaging.
• The candidate must remove feathers, singe, and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging.
• The candidate must cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.
• The candidate must remove bones from meat.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
