Hydrovac truck operator

Insitucan Services Ltd is situated in Edmonton, AB and is hiring a Hydrovac truck operator to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Overtime available, , 07:00 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
• The candidate must drive lighter, special purpose trucks.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.
• The candidate must perform preventive maintenance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be hardworking.
• The candidate must have patience.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
