4Seasons HVAC Solutions is situated in North York, ON and is hiring a HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) engineer to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems.
• The candidate must analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures.
• The candidate must supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems.
• The candidate must develop maintenance standards, schedules, and programs.
• The candidate must investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
• The candidate must plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
• The candidate must prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for industrial construction or maintenance.
• The candidate must supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
• The candidate must assess business opportunities and develop strategies.
• The candidate must develop risk management plans.
• The candidate must lead and instruct groups.
• The candidate must commission systems and components.
