Job Description

The candidate must plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
The candidate must review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
The candidate must advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
The candidate must research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
The candidate must administer employment equity and other human resources programs.
The candidate must coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
The candidate must manage training and development strategies.
The candidate must research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
The candidate must recruit and hire staff.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
