Budget Insulation & Drywall is situated in Surrey, BC and is hiring a Human resources coordinator to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for assigning projects to subordinates and staff related to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.
• The candidate must coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure organizational goals are met.
• The candidate must motivate staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and expenditures.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
• The candidate must plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
• The candidate must coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
• The candidate must manage training and development strategies.
• The candidate must research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
• The candidate must respond to employee questions and complaints.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
