Wet Coast Interiors Ltd. in Aldergrove, BC is inviting applications for the position of Housing renovator. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must plan and prepare work schedules.
• The candidate must inspect subcontractors’ work for quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must develop and implement business plans.
• The candidate must prepare estimates and bids for construction, renovation and restoration projects.
• The candidate must collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
• The candidate must develop and implement health and safety plans.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
