Housekeeping room attendant

Holman Grand Hotel in Charlottetown, PE is inviting applications for the position of Housekeeping room attendant. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Day, Weekend, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must make beds and change sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must stock linen closets.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect elevators.
• The candidate must handle and report lost and found items accurately.
• The candidate must attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate must provide basic information on facilities.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must clean changing rooms and showers.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
