Sunshine Inn is situated in Smithers, BC and is hiring a Housekeeping manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish operational procedures.
• The candidate must plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
• The candidate must supervise maintenance and repair services.
• The candidate must coordinate maintenance and repair services.
• The candidate must conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
• The candidate must supervise in-house laundry services.
• The candidate must co-ordinate in-house laundry services.
• The candidate must schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff.
• The candidate must co-ordinate dry cleaning and valet services.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
