Housekeeping manager

Western Budget Motel ( Cold Lake, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Housekeeping manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish operational procedures.
• The candidate must select and purchase equipment and supplies.
• The candidate must plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
• The candidate must co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and payroll documentation.
• The candidate must supervise maintenance and repair services.
• The candidate must coordinate maintenance and repair services.
• The candidate must maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• The candidate must co-ordinate in-house laundry services.
• The candidate must schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff.
• The candidate must co-ordinate dry cleaning and valet services.
• The candidate must respond to complaints of guests.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
