Job Description

The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
The candidate must resolve complaints and claims.
The candidate must take, cancel, and change room reservations.
The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
The candidate must provide general information about points of interest in the area.
The candidate must process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
The candidate must maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
The candidate must contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in French.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
