Hotel receptionist

Now hiring: Hotel receptionist at Auberge de la Baie in Caraquet, NB. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Seasonal employment - Part time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• The candidate must take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• The candidate must provide general information about points of interest in the area.
• The candidate must process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
