Coast Penticton Hotel in Penticton, BC is seeking a self-motivated Hotel manager. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
• The candidate must conduct training sessions.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must prepare marketing plans.
• The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
