Knights Inn Kamloops in Kamloops, BC is inviting applications for the position of Hotel manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Day, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must prepare marketing plans.
• The candidate must implement marketing activities.
• The candidate must arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
• The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must develop and implement business plans.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must manage events.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
