Triple J Hotel and Cabins in Dawson, YT is inviting applications for the position of Hotel front desk supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
