BOSTON PIZZA MIRAMICHI is situated in Miramichi, NB and is hiring a Host/hostess, restaurant to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer customer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must attend to seating arrangements for large groups.
• The candidate must greet customers.
• The candidate must perform opening and closing activities.
• The candidate must receive customer reservations and assign tables.
• The candidate must receive payments from customers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
