Sharnpal Maan ( Surrey, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Home support worker. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer bedside and personal care to clients.
• The candidate must administer medications as prescribed.
• The candidate must assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
• The candidate must change non-sterile dressings.
• The candidate must feed or assist in feeding.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must mend clothing and linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Work Site Environment

• The work environment is smoke-free.
