Mainstreet Equity Corp ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Home renovator. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must plan and prepare work schedules.
• The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
• The candidate must prepare estimates and bids for construction, renovation and restoration projects.
• The candidate must collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
• The candidate must prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
• The candidate must develop and implement health and safety plans.
• The candidate must perform human resource planning and development activities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
