Andlauer Family in Oakville, ON is inviting applications for the position of Home health care worker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer bedside and personal care to clients.
• The candidate must assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• The candidate must assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Site Environment

• The work environment is smoke-free.

Work Setting
