Squires-Huber is situated in Waterloo, ON and is hiring a Home child care provider to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Flexible hours, To be determined shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
• The candidate must instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• The candidate must maintain a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• The candidate must organize activities such as games and outings for children.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must supervise and care for children.
• The candidate must be responsible for transporting children safely to and from school, as well as to scheduled appointments.
• The candidate must attend to the emotional well-being of children.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
