NIMA KAHNAMOUIE is situated in Thornhill, ON and is hiring a Home-care worker to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening. The LMIA has granted approval for this role.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer bedside and personal care to clients.
• The candidate must assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• The candidate must assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must plan therapeutic diets and menus.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
