Canada Caregiving Organization ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Home-care worker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer bedside and personal care to clients.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in the employer’s or client’s home, be capable of working at varied site locations, and understand that performance progression is reviewed annually.
