Hog operation supervisor

Bright Ridge Pork Ltd. ( Bright, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Hog operation supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must treat livestock health issues.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• The candidate must maintain livestock performance records.
• The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
