Helper, welder

Abby Welding ltd ( Abbotsford, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Helper, welder. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from surfaces of metal products.
• The candidate must assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers.
• The candidate must sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.
• The candidate must load and unload vehicles.
• The candidate must polish metal products to a mirror finish.
• The candidate must read and interpret work orders.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
