Grounds maintenance worker

Greenlife Maintenance & Landscaping is situated in Kelowna, BC and is hiring a Grounds maintenance worker to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Seasonal employment - Part time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Flexible hours, To be determined, Overtime available, , 08:00 to 16:30 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must weed, prune, and trim trees and plants.
• The candidate must cut grass.
• The candidate must rake and collect refuse.
• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate must operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Work Site Environment

Work Setting

• The applicant should work as a landscape contractor to create and construct large and small projects for residential and commercial properties.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate should work in the landscape maintenance division, the art and vocation of keeping a landscape healthy, clean, safe, and attractive, typically in a garden, yard, park, institutional setting, or estate.
• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
• The candidate should work in a private residence, office, or work area only open to the public in the ordinary course of business if by individual invitation.
