Grounds maintenance labourer

VERTDURE in Joliette, QC is seeking a self-motivated Grounds maintenance labourer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist with landscape constructions.
• The candidate must apply fertilizers.
• The candidate must repair and maintain equipment.
• The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
• The candidate must operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in the landscape maintenance division, the art and vocation of keeping a landscape healthy, clean, safe, and attractive, typically in a garden, yard, park, institutional setting, or estate.

• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.
