Smoky Lake Forest Nursery Ltd. in Smoky Lake, AB is inviting applications for the position of Greenhouse worker. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Seasonal employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate must harvest seedlings.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings.
• The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
• The candidate must clean work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
