Greenhouse worker

GrowCo in Kingsville, ON is inviting applications for the position of Greenhouse worker. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must cut horticultural crops.
• The candidate must assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants.
• The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

• The candidate must be able to handle a large workload.
